Roborovski hamsters, please help?

You either need to get rid of all the males, or house them separately to the females, else you're just gonna get more and more and more, and not be able to care for them, which is the point you're at. Find a local pet store (not one of the big ones) and ask them to take all of the current babies, and at least half of the girls you already have. That'll be a manageable number, and you'll still be able to breed if you really want.
