Do you think that people in hell can have visitation rights with their family and friends in Heaven?

People in prison have visitors. People on death row have visitors. Why not people in hell? They could meet in Purgatory on weekends and special holidays. People from Heaven could bring angel food cake and assorted alcoholic beverages. They could laugh and talk about the latest shows on Cosmic Television 777. What do YA'LL think?
