How to convince my parents?

Just go to a community college then transfer from there. Courses at a community college is the same courses you would take at a university, plus is way less expensive and you'll not be in debt. Once your transferred out, all the courses would be transferred as university course work, and you can get your A.A. or A.S. on the side. It all works out for the benefit. xD
