My phone doesn't ring but it work's?

i have a huawei and ive had it for a couple of months.it works perfectly but it doesn't ring.i'll put the volume up and then tell someone to call me to see if it work's but it doesn't even vibrate.i continuously go to my setting to edit th ring ad i put if up full volume but it doesn't do anything.is it normal,can someone help me?
