Protestants why don't you read?

Well, believe it or not, some of us have gave it great consideration... and as some one has already pointed out, it makes God and Jesus out to be liars, IF purgatory is part of it.... I mean really think about it..... Jesus came to be THE Savior, either He is or He is not... Jesus never spoke of *second chances* or *do overs* after death... Purgatory is NOT spoken of in the OT is it ?? I think that IF there were one, those of the Jewish faith would know about it right ? Now, I will concede that in the Bible it speaks of those who *looked to be UNDER the throne*, they were given white robes and told to wait, that they would be avenged.... But I don't think that has anything to do with purgatory as the Catholics see it.... *shrug*..... the Bible also makes it clear there is only ONE intercessor between God and man, and that would be Jesus.... go in peace...
