About the problem of my menustral irregularity i got some answes that suggest for acupressure my next query is?

Last time some answers said that it may relates to ur stress and hormonal imbalance and acupressure can help on this so i went to acupuncture centre and there i explained in detail about my problem and he said acupuncture can me to relieve my problem and said to follow for 2 wks and today is 5 th day and also i am continuing OvralG therapy @1 tab od that when 28 days ago when i visited to gyanecologist and she prescribed the medicine to take for 3 months and i am also following that medicine since 28 days ago .so i want to know can these therapy could have synergestic effect.i have continous moderate lower back pain from 28 days.
