Will i go to hell (mortal sin)?

I'm 15, and i've been Confirmed. I'm in a state of mortal sin, because i've masturbated and looked at porn. I'm embarrased and want to be forgiven through reconcilliation, but i dont have a chance because i cant drive yet. So, if i were to die, would God forgive me and put me in purgatory, or would i go straight to hell?
