Please Help Me Find The Name of This Movie!!!?

Ok for the life of me i cant remember the name of this movie, or the actors in it. All i can remember from it is this guy dies and he goes to this sort of purgatory where they judge his life and make the decision whether or not he's going to be reincarnated or not. oh and i remember a scene where he goes and looks at all of his previous lives and you can see others looking a there past selves and this sumo wrestler was a little white girl in a past life lol. But yeah thats all i can remember and if anyone knows what movie this is then please help!
