On the tv shoe "supernatural" what will happen if Sam and Dean kill the mother of all what will happen?

I"m not trying to poke holes in the story.They said when monsters die the go to purgatory.But the dragons released the mother of all from purgatory, so if you kill her the they"ll be back where they started and the dragons could just released her again?
