I bought something on Ebay and it hasn't arrived?

The post office say you should wait at least 14 days before it can be declared lost but if you have a tracking number just phone your local post office. It isn't a tracking number per-se, recorded just means signed-for. Perhaps they tried to delivery while you were out.
