Help me get taller!!!!?

It runs throughout my family my mom dad gramma everyone is short but I don't want to be ! I'm only 4'2 and I'm in 6 th grade I'm only 70 pounds! I hate milk but I eat a whole lot of veggies I eat them every night for dinner!!! Please help !!!!
