Good colleges in Vancouver with scholarship? for Business?

I am currently doing my 11th grade and started to think about my future and was planing to go to canada..did my O Level and currently doing A Level and want my Bba to be done in canada,but i don't have that much idea about this colleges or universities and i want a scholarship(i saw that scholarship is given to them who do engineer or pharmacy to business students it that true?) i woyuld like do go to vancouver and please help me by giving me the college info.and another question,as i did my O level from Cambridge and doing my A level under Cambridge do i need to give SAT? or IELTS? a friend's cousin is currently in canada and he said if i don't have english in my A level then i need to give IELTS is it true? please help?
