Do I have to pay the full university fees?

Hi, I'm currently finishing my GCSEs at the moment, but me and a couple of friends have already started learning the A level mathematics and further mathematics courses - I hope to study mathematics at Cambridge after my A levels. However, my mother is a single parent and earns about 12K a year. I was wondering if this means I get any sort of deduction from the regular fees that will come into place soon?
