BIRTHDAY PARTY IDEAS?! HELP!!?

Its my sisters 11th birthday in a couple of weeks and she is stuck for ideas. She wants 3 friends round but is stuck for ideas. Is there any good ideas?? We live in Cambridge and obviously we are in UK and its in July so it will be quite warm....any ideas?? please help!!! thanks, JessXx
